s400 and auto trans

for those who run s475 with a auto trans what stall are you running in the converter? I'm leaning toward a 2000 rpm stall, but still looking for ideas
 
full billet hts with the tighter than stock convertor whatever rpm that is?
 
Im going to a S400 and Dave Goerend and me decided to go with a 2200 rpm stall for mine when i get it back togather.
 
I'd go with a 2000-2200 stall. My 475 lights at 1800 rpms with the v10 converter from Goerend
 
Thats what Dave was going to send me was a V10/V10 converter but he switched it to a cummins/V10 converter. Said he just got one back that was the V10/V10 and the fins had got hot and laid over do to the tq the diesel was puttin out. I hope to have my trans from him next week.
Any one know where to get a good trans cooler with a fan on it that wont break the bank.
 
I got the V10 but run a 480 and in a twin setup.But when I had just the 480 it light at 2,300 with Flux 3's n Wicked Pump.
 
i run a 92% suncoast tripple disk converter with a stall around 1800 and its not too bad, and i drive it everyday.
