Does anyone have one of those aluminum adapter plates that lets you run the stock oil line on a non-stock turbo? Either that or a thread in adapter for the stock oil line to the s400? The stock male/male adapter threads in, but is a little loose, I think the s400 has pipe threads but I'm not sure... any info?

Just get a new hose made. The s400 has NPT threads. Go to your local hydraulic shop, shouldn't be more than $40.

Do you know exactly what threads are in it? I'd hate to get a hose made that doesn't work...

I just used a 1/4NPT to 1/4 compression fitting from Home Depot on the turbo. I bought a 2' lenght of 1/4" steel brakeline form the auto parts store and 1/4" compression union again from Home Depot. I used a tubing cutter and bender that I already had. I used the tubing cutter to cut the banjo fitting of the stock feed line and the flare of the brakeline. Used the conpression union to join the tubing to the old feed line. I used the bender to form the line to the correct shape to reach the top of the turbo. Lastly I used the 1/4 NPT to compression fitting to join the new line the turbo.

Any idea what oil pressure is run through that hose? Been so long since I've had my truck running I don't remember what PSI it runs....

Thanks for all the help guys, I went to the local industrial supply and found the adapter I needed... for $2.65 :D

I went to the local parker hose store and bought a 1/4npt to flat face oring that hooked right up to the stock line. Im not sure what size the stock oring size is cause i just handed it to the guy and said i need this fitting with 1/4npt on the other end

Yeah, thats what I did too... sounds like we bought the same fitting

it was sunday when i put mine on I took the stock oring style fitting and screwed it into a 1/4 npt female to male fitting it screws in loose but I just got it square then welded the 2 fittings together worked like a charm. still on there after 10k miles

Its too pretty for my truck LOL

i'll paint it black for ya.

thanks for the idea spark!! i was a busy beaver last night and got rid of my puke bottle. after i sat and looked at the threads on the backside of the oem vent canister for a few hours. (making the threads just like the factory piece were a PITA!!) i made a cool twist in adaptor with a A.N. fitting to go to a alum. moroso vent tank.
