S400 Options for Twins

I am fixing to start building my twins for my truck. I will be using a II SPS 62 over a s400. I was looking at one with 1.32AR and 75mm wheel. I was wondering if that would be a good charger for towing setup. I am looking to be around 700-750hp with this setup.

s475 is a good turbo under a 62, and youll never beat the price of one.
