S480 JD race cover PSI

So to the people that have been around a few times, what psi should be MAX for the 80/96/1.32 a/r in a twin setup under a 64/71/.70a/r (not sure on what cm that is)? THIS IS WHAT I AM GOING TO BASE ON WHETHER I PUT A EX. GATE ON IT OR NOT.

specs:
-7000lbs. truck
-180 hp benched to what ever maxing the barrels out will do with #4 or #100 plate either one.
-full cut dv's
-4k's
-6x.016 inj.
-.020 over head gasket
-self made (3) inlet 3" intake horn/plate.

You will be fine with that set-up without an external gate.
