what is the common size turbine housing being used for ppumped, stick shift, dedicated 2.8 pulling trucks?

is a race cover a must have?

i know there is alot of variables considering fuel, cam ect, ect..

lets say said truck has cam, p&p head, and a maxed 12mm pump

I don't think there is many guys running 12mm pumps in 2.8 anymore.
Depending on your cam, most run a 96mm turbine with the 1.32A/R

The race cover wouldn't hurt... I assume you are bushing it down though? A 480 is a 3.0 normally, right?

25.4mm per inch. 80mm=3.1496062992125984251968503937008 inches.

I know folks with a good cam some mild porting can run the 1.32 housing.

I should have known you would come in here and clarify... LOL I guess the truck I saw running the 480 as a single had it bushed. Though, they got it from ED, so maybe it was just a machined cover?

You guys suck! We (6.0 Power Strokes) run a 1.32 in a compound setup and still find that sometimes we cannot push it 100%.
