I have a almost new s480 turbo with a t6 1.32 a/r exhaust housing.This turbo only needs a compressor wheel.My brother bought this turbo with intentions on making a set of twin turbos but now wants to run a single. Make offer

Dont really know? The guy i got it from said when they put it on they had left something in the air filter tube.:doh:

Is the shaft bent? Has it been checked? I have seen wheels that don't look nearly as bad with bent shafts.

What is the runout on the shaft, and where are you checking it?

I would bet its bent. Best to have someone check the runout and balance before you launch a new wheel and take the compressor housing along.

It has not been checked.It does spin free and it does not rub.My brother was going to put a wheel on it and let it roll but he cant run twins in the class he pulls in.

If its an s480 it has an 80mm inducer
