Buddy just bought a '00 truck and it came with a FASS 150, Edge Juice w/ Att and a bunch of other stuff. His Edge shows the fuel pressure holding steady at 33 psi from idle to WOT, is this too much? Thanks guys!

I thought anything over 20 was to much but someone correct me if im wrong?

I have a friend with a 01 HO and his truck was pulling a P0216. He was complaining about why his truck started so hard in the dead of summer. He was having this problem for weeks. He had a holly running 25-30 PSI. I just went underneath his truck and cut the power wire to holly. Instant start, he was baffled. He always thought the more pressure, the better.

anyone run a mech. lift pump off the cam (with a 12 valve cam or helix 2)on a vp 44 and how much to regulate fuel pressure.

check the connection and make sure that it is connected. mine did that when I first put it on I thought that it was high and it stayed constant at 33psi. if it is staying at 33 and not fluctuating then my bet is that it aint hooked up.

Thanks guys! I bet that is what it is. He said it is rock solid at 33psi so I bet its loose or not hooked up.
