Scheid pull blown boot

Yup all I can say was that was one of the best looking hooks all year... I think the newer injectors made a difference. Tyrel also mentioned something to me about a different pump but don't know if he ever changed it or not. But the truck is defiantly not clearing the smoke up like it was earlier this year and with the 3.0 charger he's running thats pretty good.

3.0 charger in a 2.6 class, OMG!!! Say it isn't so!:hehe:
 
Yea I was there and seen it pull. He had a good lookin pull goin until that loud pop!

Hell 3.0 was like a baby charger when walking through tech and looking under the hoods.:hehe:

It looked like it was going to be a good pull until then. 2.6 is a tuff class thtas for sure.

Yeah kinda wish i could of made it there and pulled, im working about 30 min south in linton but we endd up working 14 hours on sat and i did not feel like driving up to terra haute to pull, but it looks like Matt did a good job, truck looks and sounds like a tottaly different trucks with the new stuff we added! But it will be up at Indy, with new boots!
 
Well unsure if the pump was different or not but from the way it sounded the other night pulling it into the shop. It almost had to be. Not to bad SmokinCummins for your first time ever sled pulling. Now you get to jump in mine and figure it out haha!
 
So I watched the vid after. WOW Tyrel, I think you need to employee Matt as your driver every week. RPM's sounded great! Can't wait to see it out again. Just imagine how good it would run if you would have kept a p pump on it :kick: Just kidding!
 
I was impressed u can light that thing that fast , you run a 90 housing?
 
I think Tyrel's is just a tad bit smaller than that... He would have to clarify but he doesn't get much time to get on here though. The changes they made though looked like they helped a ton.
 
man, that thing was building "R's" before it went. that was gonna be a nasty pull. im guessing the boot was shredded!! nice job man!! sorry for the bad luck!
 
Thanks all! I did have a blast hookin' on Saturday. It does seem to be running strong.

Rods, It is a 90 housing.
