Hi

I own a Ford F250 Super Duty 6,4 HD pickup. I have a LiveWire Tuner bought in April 2008.

I downloaded the latest tuner file
(Latest Tune Revision for the 6.4L Diesel Trucks with DPF delete pipe)
I have the DPF delete pipe on the truck.

But when I try to upload to my LiveWire, I get an error message: Error, serial number verification failed. Do you have any solution what I could do about this so that I can get LiveWire updated?

I took contact my dealer, but he can/will not help me:blahblah1:

Do I need a SCT dealer were I can buy the DPF delete Tune Revision for that device???

You have to register your serial number with SCT before you can download the off-road tune to delete your DPF System. You can do this with a Custom tune dealer or with SCT themselves. We do them all the time and I'll be more than happy to help you if nobody else will. Keep in mind that they are working on the custom tuning software for the 6.4L trucks and you will have to have a registered downloader before anybody will be able to do this function for you. Let me know if you need any help on it or you can just contact somebody over at SCT, if you get the sales department ask for Charlie and tell him that Kyle sent you. He'll hook you up!
 
Do you happen to know when they will have the L20 released for Fords latest file. Seems SCT is taking their sweet time building the software.

Yeah i was told that the L10 & the L20 was released early this week. So if your needing that should be on their website.
 
Matt called from SCT and emailed me the newest version for the 6.4 he said it is now on the web site, they also added some new features for DPF and tire size.
