SCT, Transmission, or both?

I seem to be having an issue with my transmission either going into neutral or stuck between gears. This only happens if the tires spin either due to wet roads or snow. It will do it from a stop, or at 35mph+. Once I feel it happen, I let off the pedal and then roll back into it and things are fine.

I've changed the trans fluid and filter twice now, once at 25K and again at 50K so I'm pretty sure i'm good there. I'm going to return to stock tomorrow and see if that clears up the problem or at least removes a variable. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this issue and if they were tuned or stock.

From other tuners no, but I have tried other saved tunes of Matts and I seem to have the same issue, it's never consistant though. I haven't had it in stock for so long I can't remember if it has the issue there or not.
