SD clutch rattle?

I just installed my new valair sd feramic clutch. When at idle it has a rattle coming from the clutch and it goes away when I depress it or when the rpms go above about 1k. Truck drives fine and there is no problem shifting or anything. I had read about a rattle from the DD clutchs but not from the sd. Is this normal or should I look more into it?
 
What clutch did you get? 500 or 550? Yeah they will have some noise to them. Most of the ones I've sold/installed do.

its the 550. Ive only got about 80 miles on it so far and I thought that it might get better but it hasent so far. I guess Im just ganna have to get used to it.
 
they told me it happens when you remove the daul mass flywheel, your going to have gear chatter at idle whenever the daulmass is removed, personally i think the valiar is worse, you could try a fluidamper to help with this
