Seeping front cover

My front cover is seeping oil somewhere. It drips on the track bar, and the cover is always wet. I had front main seal replaced about 30,000 ago. The AC compressor as well as the power steering pump are wet as well. Checked CMP and it is dry around it, any ideas?
 
Maybe from the relief spring...it looks like a big allen wrench type bolt on the passenger side of the cover.

Check the front seal again...

You sure its not coolant. Mine did the same thing and it was the water pump, but coolant. I'm sure you have looked at it close enough, but just figured I would ask.
 
Are you sure its not fuel? My truck had the exact same syptoms, compressor, power steering pump, basically whole front end.etc, were all wet. Turned out to be the fuel pressure regulator housing O-ring seal dripping slowly all over the front cover and everything below it.
