Selling 97 2500 Ext Cab, 8' Bed, 4x4, Manual - NO MOTOR

Looking to sell my 1997 ext cab 8' bed 2500. It will not have a motor but the rest of the truck is there. It has 284,000 miles but drives supprisingly well. Would make a good project for somebody or a good parts truck too. I am willing to part out certain items. Let me know if you are interested or if i can answer any questions for you. I am in Rapid City, SD and willing to negotiate delivery or meeting somewhere. I won't have the motor out for about 2 weeks. Price will be dependant on which items stay or go.

-5spd NV4500 with 1-3/8'' billet input and Valair DD Clutch
-4x4
-17'' weld Evo w/35" BFG AT (I also have the stock wheels that i may put back on it)
-Topper (all lights work)
-Black Bumper, Grill, Headlights

Truck has a toolbox that i will be keeping as well as gauges.

Sorry i forgot the important part!!

$3,000 with stock wheels
$3,600 with Weld Wheels and BFG's
 
Well the buyer backed out. I have the motor out now and it is pretty much ready to go. I put the factory wheels back on it. I will be keeping the weld's. $3,000 OBO
 
You may not know this but those paticualr weld wheels are around $400 a piece
 
You can see the interior here. It is worn and has been used. I'm sure a carpet shampoo would do wonders. Also, it could use a new windshield. The frame is in great condition. There is some surface rust but nothing major.
