Settle an argument for me.

I need someone with an 01 to check the size of the banjo bolt in the back of the head for me and lemmie know what size the head is.

I have one that is 17mm, and Cummins says I have a 17mm, but 2 others are telling me my junk is funky, and that most trucks have the 19mm bolt that has necked down threads.

I went through a list of serial #'s from 98.5 thru 02 just for you Tim.
Every damn one of them has an M12 X 1.50 X 24 Banjo fitting.

So........ that junk ain't all that funky.

Tim I just had a leaky one and had to replace it, it's a 17mm, and i think the one I got from a buddy was actually off a common-rail
