okay im in the process of building my truck, with the goal of 600-650whp on fuel only, or to run high 11's at the track. heres my current setup.
97 reg cab long bed 4x4 with 4.10's and new 33" nitto terra grapplers.
180 pump
0 plate
mack rack plug
18*
4kgsk
Ii dragon flows
ddp "magic" delivery valves.
arp 12mm headstuds
fully built suncoast tranny with tight converter minus intermediate shaft.
lock up switch
fresh rear axle, and transfer case.
and Pius' MSB1250 Turbo, its similar to Ii 71 series. and currently on my stock lift pump i can max out my 60psi gauge, and I spool the turbo in 4wd with no problems, oh the truck weighs about 6150 with me in it, and 1/4 tank of fuel.
anyone running a similar setup? anyone see any problems with my setup, also i drive this every day on the streets, and even tow a commercial zero turn mower with. its a little smokey, but it can be driven smoke free, with a light enough foot. I plan on adding a cam/retainers/keepers/billet push rods, airdog 150, and hd valve springs when funds allow.
