Shackle and Hanger kit drawings help

Hey everyone I was wondering if anyone had some drawings or specs on these or a process how to figure where to put the hole for the springs to mount i have a shop but i don't want to do it wrong, i would rather follow someone that has already done the trial and error thing.
I am doing this on my truck i want to get 2" to 2.5" higher

i don't have any i want to build some

i just used a square and made a mark on the frame over the center of the hole, then built the new hangers and used the previously made mark with the square again to locate the hole in the new hangers. hope this helps
