My truck is a little rough in getting in gear sometime. It kinda grinds a little. Whats the problem? Could it be time for a new clutch?

There are a few things that could be happening.
I've heard of bad pilot bearing making it hard to get into gear, bad/leaking clutch hydraulics and or slave cylinder, if its grinding trying to put it into gear it could be the 1-2 synchronizer, could just be low on fluid.
