Back in 2008 I bought a 5" System from MBRP No worries never thought I'd have a problem! Well the back section got a long crack in the tube that goes over the axle. I E-mailed them and been in contact for about 3 months then nothing You see I lost my receipt and couldn't prove I was the original buyer. I even pleaded to just send me a bill and nothing...... Well today fedex dropped off a brand new back section Free of charge with a covered by warranty ticket! Man that was sweet! I never expected them to cover it but they did and I wanted all to know this company stands behind their product AND takes care of their customers! hats off to company that gets it!
