Afternoon, Comp D!

My neighbor is looking for some new shocks for his truck, it is a 03 F250 4wd with the 7.3.

He has already picked out the front steering stab, it's a dual in the RS 5000 series. He's wanting to do shocks all the way around, will the RS 5000 series work for him?

Any pointers or tips on part numbers would be great.

Thanks!

Have him look up Carli Suspension. Really nice guys, and yeah they sell whole kits but they sell there shocks seperated too. Don't know if they have them for that year but I know for the Dodges they valve them for our trucks weight, giving you a smoother ride. The guy I talked to Jess said shocks would be a 30% fix. Just something to look at.

I have heard good things about Bilstein shocks for the S/D's also.

I run the Bilstein's and like them. Seem to ride rough/stiff when they are "cold".
