shorted running light wire now light out help

I was putting recon dually fender lights in my truck and accidently touched the wires together, this was on the left fender and I immediately noticed the lights went out so I thought no big deal I just blew a fuse, so I proceded to check fuses and they are all good. I then notice that all the running light on the left side only are out but the right side is on also all turn signals work on both sides please help!!!!

Sounds like a connector was loose somewhere and the arc finished the connection off

I believe the 06 and up use a tipm possible 05 that would need reset by someone with the right programming if it's 03-05 it should just be a fuse what all lights are out cab lights head lights?? Explain
