shot peened heat treated con rods 12v?

Where can i get a set of shotpeened (not sure how it's spelled) and heat treated connecting rods to a 12v cummins. The best of the best would be marine con. rods, anyone who can throw some advices.

Local speed shop here shot peens, so I sent mine there...then off to get cryoed somewhere when I decide which.
