Should I Trade?

I have a 2001 Dodge which you can tell and I wanna trade it for another truck, I posted an ad on Craigslist here in San Antonio and I got two repsonses, a 1994 Dodge Red Cab Dually which I have no need for one since I dont tow anything and its my daily driver but I got an offer for for a 1995 Reg Cab Long Bed 4wd 5 speed. Heres is what he said in his email:

mines 95 2500 4x4 single cab long bed 12v 199.000mi has plenty of extra's (front and rear bumpers 4inch exhaust motor has been turned up alittle , guages)

Mine has some body issues the driver side rear bed was crunched (gooseneck) but you can pick up a bed some where for not alot i just never minded that much, i've had mine for a year , the previous owner rednecked it up pretty good has a camo headliner and seats ( looks good) its manual every thing. I love it , but me and my wife are planing on some kids and i need some room. I work out of town so i wont be able to do anything for a couple weeks. I'll get some pic's if you want. and could you do the same? also it has a 5spd (rebuilt a month or so before i bought it i just put new u-joints on it it has 33's on ugly steel rims) 4x4 work's great

I would have my friend in Junction maybe check everything out because he knows what to check, anyone have any comments bout this
