I have a guy that is trying to sell me a s480 turbo from bullseye power, and the turbo is the 80/96mm T-6 1.32AR with the race cover. No shaft play only 200 road miles on this turbo. Is this a good one to buy and pull with? What class can I run it in?

That is a 3.15" Comp wheel. As a single, you won't light it with that big of an exhaust housing.

It has been known to work in the 3.0 world with a little re-work and some big boy parts in the engine bay.
