shudder at 55

truck only does it when giving light peddle at around 55 and faster. Fuel pressure is fine 25 idle. It has to be under a load when it does it. I have changed overflow valve helped for a while then started it again. has nv4500 Thought maybe timing might of slipped? Any help appreciated.

Is it an automatic? If so, it could be the converter shuddering from the low line pressure at light throttle. If its the engine, a lot of the time low fuel pressure will cause them to lope/miss slightly under light loads.

Mine will do it sometimes when the turbo starts to light but I'm holding back on the go pedal (turbo surge).
