Side draft intake and milled 12v head

Hey guys. Just pulled this side draft intake and milled head off my running 12v. Comes with everything to mount it and go. Asking 2k or best offer. Located in Delafield, wi. The head is a bare head. This setup is a little over kill for what I'm doing and need some extra cash. Anyone that's looked into doing this know that between the intake itself and the machine work to mill the head, that this price is a steal. Not looking for trades. I can text or email pictures
 
Not sure who made it. I bought the truck like this and am going to a stock type intake and head
