Side towing mirrors

So yea my truck came with those little tiny mirrors, and I hate them soo much. I tow big stuff from time to time. Well I was thinking about adding those towing mirrors that fold out but they are pricey, $115 each on ebay. So I was thinking about getting them from a junk yard or elsewhere. I wanted to know if the 03-05 dodge 2500/3500 towing side mirrors will fit on a 06 dodge 2500?
