Pump has not been run since being rebuilt by a shop in Germany.
Plans have changed and need to sell the pump.

13 mm pumps came off of things like ship engines and such, 16mm pumps mainly came off of over the road trucks.

Any details of flow?

I have no idea about the flow of the pump. I purchased it from a marine diesel shop in Germany after it was rebuilt. The shop didn't have the flow sheets when it was sold to me.

will this bolt up to a 12V timing case and be able to use the 12V pump Gear? Is the fuel flow adjustable easily, or would it have to be completely redone and calibrated? Thanks

The pump will not bolt directly to a cummins.
