...........the one behind the turbo that's not easy to get to.

It was leaking and I stopped it by tightening the hose clamp a little more, but I'm wondering if I should just replace it. It looks like it has some sort of foil insulation around it. Where do I find this stuff? 5/8", 3/4"?

it's 7/8" hose. You could either wrap a piece or get some hose that can handle the heat. 7/8" hose isn't easy to come by though.

I bought the replacement parts from the dealer, it was a PITA but it stopped leaking.

They are proud of that piece of hose at the dealer also. I had mine leak a while ago and tightening it fixed it for a while. Now it is leaking again, going to find some 7/8" hose that can take the heat and fix it again.

MIne was leaking when I had to change things for the twins when they went on and it was leaking. I also tightened it up and it quite but seems to be on the way to the drips again.

I found 7/8 hight temp hose at NAPA for another project I was working on.

coolant bypass hose (at turbo) dodge p/n's

05179114 AB (hose)
73831 B (clamps - 2 needed)

The clamps are a new design, have better clamping strength, expand and contract better than the old clamps.
