Hi, i have a 2004.5 Cummins, 100hp inj, and SNOW water/meth inj system. If i go to rev up the engine in park/neutral, it seems to almost stick and take a bit to come back down, and i also have a diablo preditor tuner and with that in if i rev it up it will hit 4k and stay there, i have to shut truck off to stop it. is there any fix to this??? Or is it just all the new electronic crap they have on them?? Thank you.
