smarty comm time out

I just got my smarty back from getting revlo put on an now it started this crap comm time out does anyone know how to fix this

try downloading it to a different truck. If smarty can't communicate with your ecm its a no go. Sorry

But please find another truck

make sure the truck is off but the key is on. mine does the same thing sometimes i just had to fiddle with it and came to that conclusion.

ok i tryd it on 2 other trucks it keeps giving me comm time out my buddy let me load his smarty on mine to see if it worked an it worked fine now what do i do

bob i need the revo update also..how much and how long? ive got the old version for my 02. is it worth the trouble cuz i am not able to do the downloads for some reason i cant figure it out...
