I must be computer illiterate... Because i cant figure this dang thing out. I watched the youtube video on their site and every time it gets below 7 mins on the usb update it faults out. Any help. Trying to get this truck outta the garage so i can get back to my 12v.

stupid question, but you don't have any sort of time-out on your computer for inactivity? sleep mode? screen saver? etc.
