Smarty Model not Detected? E4002?

I had my computer re-imaged so I had to re-load the UDC software. I can open programs and see dongle info but I can not right to my Smarty and when I click on read info Smarty its saying it does detect the model? Doesn't detect Smarty?
Any suggestions?

Brian I tried uninstall and I think it may have something to do with the drivers. I can not find the .smt files..
 
Its something to do to with the smarty load not UDC. I can not get cpu to see my Smarty. I installed the Revo from Mad and it will not see my Smarty.. I'm kind of lost on this one. I have tried a complete re-install of Smarty and the UDC software and nothing.. I have to try again tomorrow I got stuff to do. Can you get in touch with Bob on this one.
 
OK. Had to remove all Smarty software(SP06POD & UDC), had to re-install drivers first for Smarty, The Smarty POD software 28 min and finally UDC. Back to normal. For some reason the drivers did not install the first time.
