Smarty programmer off of a 2001 24v. I have had it for two years and love the different options. However I am trying to p-pump my truck. It has the Revo tune as well.

It allows you to adjust the:
Duration= Length of injection period
Timing
Torque Management= Allows you to adjust defuling
 
i have heard that the smarty does not really do much for us guys with 2nd gens how did it do on your truck
 
With the redline not much. With edge comp box the bottom end fuled much harder and increased the RPM at which it began to defuel. By itself it is quite noticable.

It is nothing like they are on the CR. But it was a good chip
