Smarty Reflash

I got a smarty that is vin lock and need to get it unlocked . What do i do? Smarty/ mads electronics said they don't reflash, they said it would have to be put on the truck and set back to stock so it will work. Thanks
 
If I am understanding you correctly, you bought a used smarty, and it is VIN locked. So in order to run it on your truck, you need to get rid of the VIN locked software. If that is the case, you should be able to just reload the Smarty from their website and download it to the smarty, which will erase the VIN locked program. Hope that helps.
