Smarty SSR wont fuel over 3400

Ive got an 05 with a s468, 120hp DDP injectors, evil twin cp3's, FASS 220. i just got a Smarty SSR new last week and Ive tried running LLT 24, HLT 28, LLRP 10, HLRP 10, LLD 20, HLD 30. Tq 2

But my problem is I cant get the truck to spin over 3400rpm goin down the road. I have the rpm limit set at 5000rpm. I would think it would at least fuel to 3800rpm.

Any help would be appreciated,

No I havent. I will try that. Im new to the SSR and wasnt sure how much timing was safe to run.
 
Max timing with SSR is 32* If I recall correctly. 40* If you tune with UDC through an SSR
 
You might want to check you version and see if there are any updates on the Mads website that are more current then what you have. It should fuel higher then that. I don't think the timing settings should have anything to do with how high it fuels . Mine fuels to 4300 and maybe further but thats where my trans shifts at.
