Smarty won't download

New Smarty TNT. Downloaded to my truck. Then I cleared codes in another truck and next day tried to adjust settings on my truck. Now I get 'a previouse update for this programming has been interupted' with an option to return to stock programming. I'm not very familier with this or with a Smarty. Is it locked or just having a hiccup? Any suggestions? I did purchase it brand née BTW. And Source Auto hasn't answered my phone calls. I assume they are busy?

Just let it return to stock it is the default when the program has an issue!
Then reinstall your TNT!! No worries!
