smarty wont work after dealer reflashed the ecm??

i had to take my truck in today to get some emissions recall done so i could get my registration stickers. i put the truck back to stock, they did something to the ecm. anyways i went to download the smarty and it says error can not read software. what can i do? the truck also seems way slow..like it wont even get outa its own way at all. anyways wondering if anyones had this problem before.
 
Load the latest program off of madselectronics.com, that should get you back in the game.
