I'm down for headgasket replacement and was wondering what else I should do while I got the cab off.

Head gaskets
Head studs
3" down pipe
Egr cooler delete
What's the turbo mouth piece mod?


Anything else I should do???
 
Just buy an LBZ mouthpiece and put on it. They are quite a bit larger in diameter than the LLY one.

I'm doing up-pipes, a PPE inlet fitting and test port delete. Thinking about electric fans or maybe an ATI damper.
 
So far I went with
Studs
aFe mouth piece
3" DP
Full bore manifold

New intercooler pipes, ported rail fittings, delete stock fuel filter, like chris said ported fp fitting and new line to CP3.

It's getting new head gaskets because the originals finally left go at 196k. It's also getting a turbo upgrade, head studs, CP3 mods, rail mods, new intercooler pipes and a modified intake bridge. It's currently got an AirDogII and EFI-live tuning. It's also getting a rebuilt 4x4 Allison and a transfer case so I can finish the 4x4 conversion.
