Some help with smoke issue

I've got a 94 12v, pretty much all stock. only mods so far are an S300 turbo and 250hp injectors. just dropped it in my 06 F350.

Seems like when I start the truck, I get a haze, and if I run the rpm's up, it'll seem to skip and stutter, and i'll get whitish/blueish smoke. after i let it run for a bit, it'll really only do it from the 2500-2800 range.

I took it for a drive, and the heavier smoke and skip went away, it actually drove really nice. still a little haze, but nothing terrible. the motor only has 140,000 miles on it.

question is, is the smoke because of air in the fuel lines, or something else?

running the stock mechanical lift pump off the stock ford fuel lines.

any help is appreciated.

Bump your timing up. It'll get rid of the stutter and white smoke on start up.

Mine will sputtered a little on cold mornings and have a slight haze. One big downside to running 370's. Once warmed up its cleared up.

Besides the one I have now, with cooler weather and stock timing I have seen this issue happen. Bump it up a degree or two and it should start better and run a little better.

Ok... Now that that's checked off the list...

Why is it such a pain in the ass to get the injector lines seated so they don't leak???

The feed or return line? I have had issues with the return lines and have to just keep snugging them up till they quit leaking.

Try loosening them and make sure the taper its seating in the injector and tighten again.
