Source for racing wheels, tires

For 2wd OBS Ford, I'm looking for a set of slicks and rims for the rear and small tires/wheels for the front, all 8 lug.
What's a good, inexpensive brand to go with? (for tire and wheel)
Wheels I'm guessing steel are cheaper and I don't care if they weigh more.
$$$ rules, got to go cheap as possible.

Can I get a small dia. skinny tire for the fronts on a stock Ford rim?

MT makes the only "cheap" 12" wide 8 lug I could find. They are not overly heavy and they are easy to drill for bead locking.

That is the correct part number. The one you posted 361170 is metric.
