Southbend 3850 Price?

Found one for 1900 with the hydraulic upgrade included and free shipping. Does this sound like a fairly good price? Its for an 01 6 speed.

i found mine from a guy that decied to up his 3rd gen instead of the second gen so he had a 3850 12cb witht he input shaft upgrade for 1700 shipped!!! i was lucky to find that one
