Hey, maybe someone can answer my question real quick. Is there a big differnece in the inner cooler from 01 to 02 and form auto to manual? I looked at an 02 with what I thought was a aftermarket cooler that was stock. Whats the deal?

No big difference if any between any of those years/trans. I think (could be wrong) that they stopped painting (or coating) the intercoolers black and left them bare aluminum. Is that what you saw?

I saw the difference in collor but the inlet and outlet tubes looked to be less restrictive! I just dont understand how it would be such a difference. Maybe I need to find one and snap some pics and post them up....

It's nice to see that the aftermarket intercoolers eliminate the flat spot on the entry tubes to the intercooler.

That was what I was tryin to get at. Thanks man... I saw a 02 6spd with no flat spots on the inlet or outlet and it was stock. I dont know what to think...
