Sponsor that accepts paypal for 4" HX-40 2nd gen

I need a vendor that has a HX-40 2nd-gen dp w/ clamp that accepts paypal. Going to drop the 3rd gen SPS66 I have into my 12v and thought I could use the 3rd gen dp.
