OK .. So let me help you understand.. The hole size cant tune away... Just like you cant tune a 115mm turbo to a 60mm turbo. They both will produce higher or lower volume. You cant tune them to be the same! just like the injector one hole is always going to flow more volume
 
I shouldn't have to band aide it with anything, I should with current tuner be able to knock low level fuel down enough so it can be driven. The only reason I went to slightly larger sticks was I had the ability to keep what I had cool enough so I didn't even need water to cool it down with the compounds. what HP level do I want? I don't even give a rats ass anymore about top end, how often can you drive there? Whats wrong with HTT's 64 71 13/ thought it was a pretty dam good charger with a slightly tighter housing to get the mass spinning faster? As for stall and stator I would have to give Dave G a call and hope he kept records of what is in my trans. gears are 410, tires 315 70 17. As for it being bandaided and not at potential, the levels I need adjusting are low level, that should not have anything to do with max potential. Starting to look like no one cares anymore thats for sure. bandaided, sheesh, sure doesn't sound like Triton thinks he is driving around bandaided, or any of the many others that have been fortunate enough to get things straightened out. As for going through and changing parts, I admit I was a bit frustrated before and can not get into changing out everything.


There is nothing wrong with that combination, run that secondary myself and spool the chit out of it. At the line I can sit at 50lbs boost if I wanted to so any smaller is just constipation.

Wouldn't change the injectors either, then you don't have to jack the **** out of the pressure to max out that 80.

Frankly I have my doubts efi will get to the 03-04.5's as they're bread and butter is can-bus, decoding the bus and a box or converter just for them seems just WAY out there.....

BUT can guarantee if they do you'll have way more options than you do now.
 
a tnt tune with 75% overs will over fuel a 80MM charger... Im running 100%s with a 95mm charger and with a tnt 5 it more than enough fueling.. SO your telling me a 80mm is going to clean up the same injectors Im no even close to cleaning up with a 95mm? lol

Compound that charger on top like the sled pullers and get back to me.

I clicked the wrong video dip**** yes the posted video is the 595 and 100 overs.. and not clean think about it.. he is trying to clean up 100 overs with a 80? I cant see you tube from work so i had to guess i had the right video and i didnt... Im not going to argue with..
