Pretty easy to make if you know someone with a sewing machine. I also put little quarter size magnets in mine so they don't blow off
 
Got mine from Wal-mart. 2 $3 basketballs, cut 7" holes in them and wah-la, stack cap. :)

I bought one of the nice leather ones from Scheids for my 7".
I also have a 2 gal. bucket that I bought at Home Depot.....I use the bucket more than I do the stack cover. :doh:

As mentioned, Iowa80 also sells stack hat kits.
