Is there any adjusting it to tighten it up or do I need to buy one.
 
There is a spot on the top of the gear box you can tighten up but it is a temporary fix and doesn't last long.
 
loosen the nut on top, tighten the stud 1/8 or 1/4 turn, lock it down and test drive it. You don't want to go too far or your steering box could bind up when crossing the center point.

I've done a few this way to get a little more life out of them. It does help but it isn't an overall fix forever.
