Still surging!

Its been almost a year since this has been goin on, It all started when my pump went out. So far ive put a scheid HO pump, fass, MAP sensor, injectors and the dang thing is still surging! No codes are showing. A couple symptoms are it only does it when it gets up to temp, idle is at 1000rpm when over 10mph and 900rpm when under 10mph, lights dim when idling, seems fine when under load(in gear and on the throttle). Ive sent the pump back to scheid and they found the timing pin loose but didnt fix anything. Fass is getting a good 16-17 lbs. I adjusted the apps today and could only get a solid .5 volts and is supposed to be at .604 Does this meen I need a new apps? Has anyone ever had a cam sensor go bad without showing a code? Ecm? Any ideas?

Not saying this is definately your problem, i changed every sensor, tried other pumps and ecms. My problem turned out to be pcm, sounds strange and theres really no test unless you know someone with an identical pcm. Again not saying this is your problem just another option.

Ahh interesting, is there any way to reset them or am I gonna have to buy a new one?
