Stock alloy rims

I thought they barely rubbed--like if you ground the casting marks off the drums they would fit. No?
 
Not sure... I might have to try to figure that out... Anyone know from experience?:D
 
original craiglist page was deleted, but if they were 2nd gen alloys going on a early 99 and earlier you just have to take off roughly 1/8" from the very outer lip of the drum. It's easy, jack the truck up, pull wheels, put 2 nuts back on, start truck and run in drive, take a grinder to the outer lip and you're done. Just spray EVERYTHING that's even close to where the grinder shavings are going with WD40 and wash off, and i'd recoat.

I have a set i'd sell without caps.
