stock cam questions

i have my engine apart and was wondering if there is any stock 12v cam that is beter than the rest? or are they all the same? i just cant swing the jack$$$ for a cam rite now after the rest of the build... i have a ve motor not a p pump motor but im sure if there is a stock cam to be had that was better than the rest it would have been in the p pump trucks thanks for the info

"Dont" be afraid of the power potential from a factory 12v grind, more fast guys still run them than will admit. I'd bet on it. Just do your self a favor and drill/tap it and build or buy a retainer for it.
