stock exhaust size

have a 2000 5 speed cummins isn't it a 3.5" exhaust trying to straight pipe it and not able to find that size anywhere intown

My 02 is 4' stock. I have a exhaust brake, that may be why.

my 01 was 3", never seen bigger than 3 on a 2nd gen.

and exhaust brake or not, it wasnt 4" from the factory.
